Fundada en 2006, Sedella es el proyecto vitivinícola personal de Lauren Rosillo, innovador viticultor y enólogo que elabora vinos Premium en diversas zonas españolas como La Rioja, Rueda, La Mancha o Txacolí de Guetaria, y ha elegido la Axarquía malagueña para desarrollar su fórmula de éxito en la elaboración de vinos: Terruño+Técnica+Trabajo (TTT).
El objetivo es elaborar vino con el máximo respeto a la tierra, al clima, al paisaje y a las personas que lo rodean. Esto es comunicar a través de un alimento y ésta es nuestra meta primordial.
También es obtener uvas autóctonas mediante agricultura ecológica, generar actividad social en el entorno de la viña y la bodega así como promover la comarca a través de un desarrollo sostenible del minifundio.
Sedella no es un vino más, es un clima, un paisaje, una tierra, una gente, una añada, en definitiva una expresión de un entorno en una botella que habla a través de la variedad y del terruño; esto es lo mágico del vino, no sucede con otros alimentos y nos permite imaginar un paisaje a través de una copa de vino.
Founded in 2006, Sedella is the personal viticulture and enological project of Lauren Rosillo, a young and innovative Spanish winemaker that produces Premium wines in other Spanish regions such as Rioja, Rueda, La Mancha, and Txacolí. Lauren has chosen the Axarquia region in Malaga to execute his successful winemaking formula comprising Terroir + Technique + Task (TTT).
Our goal is to make wine with the utmost respect to the land and the people that surround it. In each bottle of Sedella wines we try to capture all the unique parts that help create it: the terroir, the climate, the landscape, and tradition. We are dedicated to producing native grape varieties by means of organic farming, while promoting the region through sustainable development and generating social media about the Axarquía region where lie the winery and the vineyard.
Sedella is not just another wine; it is a combination of a unique landscape, climate, grape varietal, a land, its traditions and its people. All of these elements combine to create the magic behind this wine; ultimately an expression of an environment captured in each bottle.
